The Xaverian College is a Catholic sixth form college and exclusively provides social education. The college has approximately 1,400 students pursuing full-time courses. It also offers foundation courses in medicine and dentistry to 75 students of the University of Manchester and pre-university foundation courses are offered to another 30 students. The Xaverian College has also established itself as one of the very few Catholic community colleges offering excellent educational and vocational training, guidance, and support.
The college campus is an excellent mixture of old and newly designed buildings, giving the entire campus a very vibrant look. Xaverian College offers an array of advanced GCSE/level 2 courses and also vocational foundation courses in subjects like health and social care, basic skills, business, and information technology.
