The Henley College is a Sixth Form college located in the Thames valley. It provides education for 16 to 19 year olds, has 46 AS and A Level subjects, many vocational courses and also the International Baccalaureate. It offers full time courses as well as part time and evening courses. Out of the 46 subjects on offer at the AS and A Level, some are History, Art, Philosophy, Electronics, Government and Politics, and Film Studies.
Several vocational and part time courses are offered at The Henley College. Some of these are Food Preparation, Hairdressing, Life Studies, Photography, Workshop Practice and Creative Writing. The college also provides the International Baccalaureate in certain subjects like Music, Mathematics, Chemistry, Economics and Visual Arts. The college offers many student services such as counselling for personal and financial difficulties, learner support funds for those who need financial assistance and help with finding accommodation.
There are bus services available for students from Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire at subsidised rates. Limited parking space is available for students who own cars and motorbikes. Career advice and guidance is also provided to students at The Henley College. The college also provides services to students with various disabilities such as Dyslexia, Attention Disorders and Visually Impairment.
Facilities in the college include two learning centres, more than 1500 computers with internet access, a college shop for stationery and a library. Several extra curricular activities are also available like music, drama and sports.
