SUMMARY
In partnership with the Cornwall College in West Cornwall, the Penwith College provides an Increased Flexibility Program for the youngsters just out of school. The number of 14-16 year old students, enrolling in the program has been increasing every since it was launched. The college also provides welfare and personal support services for students, which include counselling and career guidance services.
