Dundee College is located in Scotland in Dundee and has extension campus sites at Constitution, Kingsway, Melrose and Graham Street. It offers a number of academic and vocational programs for a variety of subjects. The college caters to students with varied interests, whether they are looking for immediate employment skills or for higher education opportunities. The college also caters to the international student community.
Dundee College offers classes on a full-time and part-time basis, giving students the option to study either at home or at school. This flexibility allows students to manage other responsibilities along with their academic course load. Full time and part time courses are available in subjects such as administration and information technology, accounting, arts and social science. The college is a member of COLEG, an organization comprising of 43 further education colleges in Scotland which work together in sharing and promoting learning materials.
The college also offers a special Skillseekers program, aimed at students between 16 and 18 years of age. This program offers courses in practical skill training and offers funding as well. The program also works with prospective employers to help in specialized training programs. The Prince's Trust program is another special program offered at Dundee College which aims at teaching life skills such as problem-solving and team work. This program is aimed at students aged 16-25 and focuses on developing confidence and motivates students to strive and achieve higher goals.
