Based in Warwickshire, Castle Sixth Form Centre offers a number of A and AS Level courses for sixth form students. Students can choose from subjects such as, business studies, modern languages, sociology, and psychology. The college currently caters to the academic needs of 350 students and offers students a wide range of facilities including a drama studio, language laboratory, ICT facilities, and science labs.
The Castle Sixth Form Centre library and resource centre offers students access to a number of books including fiction books, which are available for personal reading. Newspapers, periodicals and journals are also available in addition to an audio-visual study room that can screen television programmes and videos. Fourteen computers are available with internet access. In addition, all students are assigned a personal tutor with whom they must meet regularly. Students can discuss personal and academic issues with their tutors.
Castle Sixth Form Centre also offers its students a Work Experience scheme, which allows lower sixth students to spend one week gaining work experience in the field of their choice. This can be an important step for a student, as it gives them a taste of what a working environment and experience is like. This can help them make the choice as to whether they want to study further or enter the job market right away. Advanced students are asked to think seriously about their careers or higher education options and are encouraged to work towards their goal with consultations, research, and guidance from the school.
