Based in Somerset in the UK, Bridgwater College has been recognized as a Centre of Vocational Excellence four times. It offers a number of full time and part time courses for all kinds of students. Students under the age of 19 can choose from a variety of vocational and AS/A Level courses. A number of university level programmes are also available and students can opt for either a full time or part time course. Full honours degrees are also available for certain subjects.
Bridgwater College also runs a number of adult learning programmes which include Level 2 and Level 3 courses, short courses and workshops. The classes are held at a number of different venues and a number of options are available to help students bear the costs of these programmes. Bridgwater College also offers a variety of services for business, which include training in information technology, health and safety, funding and language services.
Bridgwater College offers financial aid for eligible students and has an accommodation officer on hand to help students find suitable places to stay. Students will also be assigned a personal tutor who will help them with any academic issues or other concerns they may have. Career guidance is provided for students looking to start working after graduating and help is also given to students who would like to study further. Learning support services are also available and students planning on applying to Oxford or Cambridge can avail special tutoring for the entrance exams.
