Belfast Metropolitan College is based in Belfast with five campus sites at Gerald Moag Campus, College Square East, Tower Street Building, Brunswick Street and Whiterock Building. The college offers a wide range of courses which include university Access and diploma courses, A Level programs and full time and part time courses. The college is also open to students from around the world.
Belfast Metropolitan College offers programs for students looking to study further or find immediate employment on graduating. Full time and part time courses are offered in subjects like business and management, general education and technology. Other courses are offered for subjects including estate services, human resource development, workforce economic development and organizational improvement and staff development.
The college also plays a vibrant role in a number of projects and partnership programmes including Women Into Self Employment, Strategies Towards Active Citizenship and the EU Promoters Management Programme. It has also introduced the Good To Go Programme, which aims to work together with the business sector of the community to help build effective work skills for students. This enhances the students' chances of employment and ensures they are best prepared to meet the needs of the current job market. Specialized business training programs, advice and access to potential employees are also provided by the college to the local business community.
